Suppliers, contracts and purchase orders management system for the Sport retailer in Indonesia

The client after the start of business operations was using the manual process of purchase agreements and purchase orders validation, signing, registration and archiving. However, upon the increase of turnovers and volume of transactions the Client faced a need for process automation.

In a close cooperation with the Client, we worked out the most simple and efficient process to handle purchase agreements and purchase orders. As the result three modules were put in implemented: Vendors, Agreements and Purchase Orders, which allow to run the following functions:

Create and validate a Vendor
Validate internally a draft Purchase Agreement and send it to the Vendor through an electronic signature system Privy ID
Validate internally a Purchase Order, automatically generate a signed pdf version and send to the Vendor by e-mail
As part of the project we made an audit of historical agreements/purchase orders data and migrated them into the system.
